We offer this biomechanics examination service to help you improve your running form, thus decreasing the risk of injury.

How does it work?  Several short videos will be taken of the athlete running from three different angles. The athlete is ordered to run approximately 30 meters in each direction. They have to run in different ways, and at different paces: conversational pace and race pace. Then, these videos are analyzed by the coaches. The client will receive a report with the results and tips to help correct the problems encountered. (Please note that some problems could be anatomical therefore the only way to correct those are with surgery)
